Most of the courses have reasonable rates, but you may want to call ahead for a tee-time.
Kentucky is known for Louisville Golf Company. The company is known worldwide for its persimmon clubs that they have been making since 1974. The clubs allow for a lower launch and more control of your swing. Many of the courses in the state have these clubs to rent, so try them out, you may find that you will want to purchase a set before you head home.

Lee Westwood hooked his drive on the 13th hole into a crowd of folks at the Ritz Charlton Golf Course as a part of the Accenture Match Play Championship.
This is maybe not news but where the ball landed is incredible..... The ball somehow made it's way into a woman's shirt as seen in the video below.
What would have been funnier is if the lady would have taken a run towards the green and dropped the ball there or even dropped it in the hole :)
